Technology and futuristic life vs. nature and traditional life.
Luxury vs. simplicity.
Sometimes, all these things, as opposite as they can look, can live together in total harmony. I think humanity walks towards this ideal. Technology is more and more developed, and sometimes we really forget where we come from. But nowadays morals and ethics are trying to search for the balance between progress and ecology. We really have to preserve the environment, otherwise no technology will save us from total destruction.
It is true that technology makes our life easier. However, it is not impossible to live with less things. The less we have, the easier it is to live, even if you can't believe it. And, sometimes, its really healthy to go away from the city and the noises and pollution, and walk through the country, where you can hear nothing apart from the chirping of the birds and the insects. There, you can relax, you can stop from your usual life and you can think about what are you doing, what you really want to do, what you should change.
You can learn many things just from watching the trees and the bugs: they stay there for days, for weeks, for years. They don't have to hurry, they have plenty of time just for living. They teach you to be patient. They teach you to watch, to learn from wathever you see. Everything can teach you something. Every single thing.
Other times, you just need to be with a friend or a person you love, and talk, just talk about everything and anything. Because that's life too, and that's also important.
These are all the thing I wanted to explain in this picture. I know, a LOT of things x_X
This took me a lot of time. So much time I've just lost the account. Many, many days. It's normal, as there are a lot of little details. When I start drawing a big picture, I just work and work and work, and add all the things I can. I think that's how I am ^^U

Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactPor fin, el tan esperado "dibujo del lago" ya está terminado tras horas y horas de esfuerzo. El resultado supera mis expectativas.
En cuanto al diseño de los personajes, excelente. Los colores están muy bien escogidos y combinados, y se agradecen pequeños detalles como los colorines en el extremo de la bufanda de Sorei, así como los motivos de las mangas y el cinturón.
Por otra parte, la dedicación del fondo. Cuesta mucho conseguir ese efecto en el agua a la primera, además de tener esos colores tan brillantes y bonitos. Además, el árbol, especialmente el tronco que está de diez, está realmente bien hecho. Tienes una manera de colorear que le da texturas únicas a todo, tanto la ropa, como el pelo, el agua, las hojas... todo parece estar hecho de una cosa distinta y eso es algo que no todos consiguen, la verdad. (además, cosas como la trenza de Juan, hace que la sensación de perspectiva aumente *_*).
Con respecto a elementos que deberías mejorar, quizá un poco más de contraste en las sombras de, por ejemplo, las ropas de Sorei, y también pulir un poco más los arbustos (el árbol es GENIAL, solo los arbustos XD).
También quiero hacer mención del mensaje que quieres transmitir con esta imagen. Realmente es algo que debemos tener en cuenta, hasta me he emocionado leyéndolo. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="

Eres una de esas artistas que no sólo se conforman con brindarnos buenos dibujos, sino que también explicas con detalles lo que piensas sobre ellos y lo que has querido transmitir. Sin duda alguna, uno de tus mejores trabajos hasta la fecha, porque a decir verdad no flaquea en ningún aspecto.
